Corporate Social Responsibility at Our School

As a large international institution, we strive to have a positive impact on every community we engage with. Our most significant contribution comes through initiatives such as fundraising activities, which enable us to support various charities and worthy causes. At King’s College schools, we go beyond our statutory responsibilities, actively participating in efforts to promote social good. We strongly believe in corporate social responsibility (CSR) towards the communities where we operate, fulfilling this through collaboration in educational and social programmes.

CSR is closely aligned with the King’s Group’s vision, mission, and British values, which define our role in society. In Latvia, we support both local and wider communities, while prioritising the learning and development of our pupils and staff.

The Charities We Support

At King’s College Latvia, we have a student leadership team that plans and implements our charitable initiatives. All our students participate in CSR projects throughout their school lives. As a school, we actively support two key local organisations:

  • St. Saviour's Church and Soup Kitchen
  • Hope for Children Riga

Both of these organisations have a significant impact on the lives of hundreds of people in Riga. Their work improves life opportunities for both children and adults, ensuring that families and individuals have their basic needs met.
