With a career spanning international education leadership, Lambert oversees the learning of 95,000 students across 121 schools in 26 countries. A thought leader in educational innovation, academic excellence, and leadership development, before joining Inspired Mike was the Headmaster of Dubai College, one of the leading British curriculum schools in the Middle East, he has also held leadership and teaching roles across Europe and the UK.

John started his career at the Boston Consulting Group, where he became a Principal of their Retail and Luxury practice, consulting for multinational companies in Portugal, Switzerland, UK and Australia.

During the last decade, he has held a CEO position first at de Grisogono, a Swiss luxury jewellery and watch brand, and most recently at Kinda Home, a Portuguese home decoration and furniture brand.

John has a degree in computer engineering from Nova University in Lisbon and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was distinguished as a Baker Scholar.
